About Us

Dr. Victoria Leventis-Shew is Board Certified in Family Practice and Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy and has served the Columbia, South Carolina community since 2010. After many years of being faced with the limitations of and frustrations with the standard fee-for-service healthcare system, for both providers and patients, Dr. Leventis-Shew decided to open her Direct Primary Care practice - Victory Family Medicine - on Devine Street in October 2022. The Direct Primary Care model allows us to prioritize our patients’ health, value, and convenience instead of a hospital’s bottom line. The mission is to help patients get the care they need, when they need it, from a trusted doctor for a clear price in a convenient manner.
