Donna Davis is the CEO of D.W. Davis Consulting, LLC, where she helps organizations, nonprofits, and schools create cultures that value both purpose and people. With expertise in leadership development and emotional wellness, she equips executives, principals, and frontline leaders to navigate challenges, inspire trust, and sustain high performance, while living out the power of their purpose.
A Certified Neuro-Transformational Results Coach, seasoned public leader, and author, Donna delivers high-impact keynotes, engaging training sessions, and results-driven executive coaching. Her signature programs are rooted in leadership, emotional intelligence, and burnout prevention, challenge and empower leaders to lead with clarity, courage, and conviction.
In addition to her leadership work, Donna is a Certified AI Consultant who helps organizations integrate artificial intelligence in ways that improve efficiency while preserving authenticity and human connection.
Donna’s nearly 30 years in public service include serving as Director of the Office of Health and Nutrition at the South Carolina Department of Education, where she led multimillion-dollar federal programs that expanded school meal access and staff capacity statewide. A former recipient of free school meal services herself, her journey reflects the power of intentional leadership, resilience, and purpose-driven impact.
