Saf-Gard Safety Shoe Company is a family-owned business founded in 1980 by husband-and-wife team Bob and Ann Kubis, who moved to North Carolina to establish the company. Today, Saf-Gard is headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, and has grown to operate more than 90 mobile shoe stores across the country.

Saf-Gard's mobile shoe stores are essentially shoe stores on wheels, traveling directly to job sites so employees can conveniently select and purchase their safety footwear right where they work.

The company also recently expanded internationally by acquiring a company in the United Kingdom, allowing Saf-Gard to provide its services in both the United States and the UK.

Saf-Gard specializes in safety footwear for a variety of job sites as well as customized safety footwear programs for businesses.
