What makes Comet Richland truly special is the people behind it. From our office team to our maintenance team, we all work together every day to create a welcoming community where residents feel at home. Each team member plays an important role, whether it’s helping someone find their new home, building relationships with residents, or making sure our community is well cared for. As a brand-new property, we’ve had the unique opportunity to build something together from the ground up, and we take a lot of pride in what we’re creating. We are not just an apartment community, we’re creating a place where people can feel at home and connected to their community and neighbors.
Our management company, Hawthorne Residentail Partners Living, was founded in 2009 by three longtime friends and colleagues who wanted to create a company that put people and relationships at the center of everything they did. That vision became Hawthorne Residential Partners, which has grown significantly while maintaining that people-first culture. Comet Development brings a similarly deep background in multifamily development and construction, and together, the two companies have brought that vision to life here at Comet Richland.
