Come One, Come All!
Brigadier General Milford H. Beagle Jr., commander, United States Army Training Center and Fort Jackson has a special tour so you can Come Meet Your Army on Fort Jackson, Thursday, January 24, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

You will learn how new recruits are checked into Basic Combat Training (BCT), watch new recruits as they train and watch the graduation ceremony to culminate the transition from trainee to Soldier.
Throughout the day, you will also learn how to fire a simulated rifle, eat lunch in a military dining facility, and see how our trainees live today.

You are invited to Come Meet Your Army on Fort Jackson, Thursday, January 24, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The tour begins at Gate 4 –(Enter at Percival and Boyden Arbor Roads.)
You will board a bus and go to 120th Reception Battalion where new recruits check into Basic Combat Training (BCT). Throughout the day, you will attenda Basic Combat Training graduation, watch trainees while they negotiate obstacles, learn how to fire a simulated rifle, eat lunch in a military dining facility, and see how our trainees live today. Please plan to arrive at Gate 4 no later than 7:45 a.m.and bring a valid ID for access to Fort Jackson. We hope to see you on the tour!
