The Flames of Hope Virtual 5K was established to raise funds for students, faculty, and staff of Richland School District Two in Columbia, South Carolina who have been impacted by the recent floods in our state. All funds raised will go to the Blythewood High School Education Foundation to support district-wide relief efforts. A virtual 5k is a race that can be run at any location. You can run, walk, wheel, use a treadmill, or even bike. You can run at your own pace wherever you like. You can run alone, with a friend, with a group, or even with your dog! You may complete your race anytime during the month of November 2015. Registration will remain open until November 15, 2015. Each registration includes an event medal and t-shirt. When registering, be sure to register for the correct t-shirt size.
