Tired of lugging around all your booth equipment in several cars? We'll set up a tent, table, and two chairs for you! The tents will be conveniently staked down in case of wind. Make sure to select the Inclusive Booth Setup option. We can even set up your own logo or company branded tent for you - just bring it by the Chamber by noon on April 24th. Remember: last year we only had room for 3 more teams so get in early this year and secure your team. Each sponsorship comes with a team. Teams of 4 or individuals can register without being a sponsor. Check out the sponsorship packet for specific details and exclusive opportunities. If you have questions, please reach out to Rebekah Babovic for clarity before the week of the tournament. Questions about what's allowed on the course, extra golf carts, etc. are always welcome. Note: if you register for a booth, each person you plan to have at your booth the day of the tournament must be put on the tournament guest list for Fort Jackson Security to permit them access to the Fort. You will be asked to provide these names the week before the tournament. Pay attention when registering and make sure you select the options you want regarding booth type and set up. You may choose to have a golf cart during registration.

About the Tournament
The Columbia Chamber’s Annual Golf Tournament is one of the top partner events of the year. Come spend a day playing golf with the movers and shakers of the Columbia business sector. The event is limited to 256 players. These players have the opportunity to spend the day on the course with other partners, while enjoying the hospitality of our sponsors.
Sponsoring the Tournament
Spend the day with Columbia’s business leaders in a casual and laid back atmosphere. Sponsors are recognized on the tournament welcome sheet, given to each golfer, as well as on signage at their designated holes. For more recognition, we recommend sending a representative or two from your company to welcome players at your tee/hole and interact with them throughout the day. It’s a really fun time and a great chance to network with members from across the Midlands.
Cancellation Policy
The Columbia Chamber must maintain a cancelation policy for events in order to properly plan for catering, venue expenses and marketing efforts. Unless stated otherwise, Chamber reservations must be canceled 5 days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund, less a 50% processing fee. No refunds will be issued after the event. No-shows will be charged in full. Substitutions are welcome at any time. The Columbia Chamber works hard to ensure that every partner dollar is spent responsibly.
