2023 Walk for Life and Famously Hot Pink Half Marathon + 5K

Thousands of walkers and runners have been helping Prisma Health Midlands Foundation kick breast cancer to the curb for 33 years! The impact of Walk for Life and Famously Hot Pink Half Marathon + 5K has been incredible with more than $11.6 million raised in support of Prisma Health Breast Center in Columbia, S.C. Through the generosity of our community and beyond, the latest innovative technology for early detection has been funded, and programs and services have been enhanced for patients and families.

After having hybrid and virtual events the last three years, our focus is to be back fully in person this year. We will come together again on Oct. 14, 2023 at Segra Park in Columbia, S.C. to celebrate survivors and to lift up others who are in the fight against breast cancer right now. Register now to walk or run in person with us on Oct. 14. The Famously Hot Pink Half Marathon will also be back in person this year! The 5K walk and run, as well as the half marathon routes, will all end in Segra Park’s ballpark.

All registrations include an event T-shirt. Registered breast cancer survivors will be given a survivor’s scarf. Wear it any way you wish! Take a photo, post it on your social channels and include #Pink4Prisma.
