Tour of Homes

The Building Industry of Central South Carolina is pleased to announce the 2018 Tour of Homes. The area’s largest scattered-site Open House of new construction homes, the annual Tour showcases three New Home Communities, thirty six Featured Homes, and  two Apartment Communities, giving the public the opportunity to see homes in every price range.  Columbia’s finest builders and developers will highlight the benefit of new construction with contemporary floor plans, design details, energy efficient features, low maintenance materials, and fine craftsmanship.  
The 2018 Tour of Homes is a reminder that a new home is a sound investment that leads to financial security and stable communities. Interest rates are still among the lowest in the last 25 years, and now is an excellent time to buy a new home.  Perhaps you will find the perfect home or neighborhood on the Tour!
 The 2018 Tour of Homes is the first three weekends of June from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays, and from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays.  All of the Homes and Communities on the Tour will be featured in the plan book, which is available for free at all Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage locations, the Featured Communities, specially-marked Free Times racks throughout Columbia, and in digital format on the BIA website.
