What is Leadership Columbia?
Leadership Columbia (LC) is the region’s signature leadership program offered through the Columbia Chamber. LC is a ten-month skills-building program that aims to develop emerging community leaders while providing an educational experience with a strong emphasis on social and community awareness. Participants will walk away with the knowledge and skills to become more involved in and around the greater Columbia region

Applicants must complete an online application and virtual interview that will be evaluated and scored by a panel of Leadership Columbia alumni.
You will first need to register and pay the non-refundable $50 application fee. Unless you have a personal login that you use on a regular basis, please use the ‘Not a Partner?’ link to complete your registration.
Make sure to use an email that you check on a regular basis as we will be sending updates on the status of your application to the email that you register with.
Once you have successfully paid your application fee, you will be directed to a confirmation window containing a link to the online application. No applications will be accepted without payment confirmation.
Please note that you must complete this application in one session. Before beginning the application we recommend you review the PDF APPLICATION, gather the information you need, compose the answers to the essay questions in a Word document, and copy and paste into the application.
