The Leadership Columbia Alumni Association (LCAA) is a group of graduates from the Columbia Chamber's 10-month Leadership Columbia program. This initiative strives to identify and motivate emerging community leaders while challenging participants to apply their talents and become involved in the Midlands. The Alumni Association further develops skills introduced during the program, and unites graduates from the past four decades of Leadership Columbia.
After polling our graduates, the Alumni Association created the Women in Leadership luncheon, presented by Abacus Planning Group, to provide support to the emerging and existing female leaders in the Midlands. This program aims to host a panel of female powerhouses who can provide insight on building your career in the Midlands and Statewide!
