Join us Wednesday\, September 16 to show General Cloutier that we are the "Most Military Friendly Community in America!"\n\n\n\n\n\nMajor General Roger Cloutier Jr. assumed command of Fort Jackson and the U.S. Army Training Center May 29\, 2015.\n\n\n\nPrior to arriving at Fort Jackson\, Maj. Gen. Cloutier  served as the Director\, Force Management. The Force Management directorate provides prudent adjustments to the existing force\, while balancing force structure requirements (manpower and equipment) within available and planned resources (people\, equipment\, time\, and resources).\n\n\n\nMaj. Gen. Cloutier was commissioned as an Infantry officer in the U.S. Army upon graduation from the University of San Diego in 1988. He holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science\, and a master's degree in International Relations. Throughout his career\, Maj. Gen.
