Columbia's finest builders and developers will highlight the benefit of new construction with contemporary floor plans\, design details\, energy efficient features\, low maintenance materials\, and fine craftsmanship.  \n\nThe 2018 Tour of Homes is a reminder that a new home is a sound investment that leads to financial security and stable communities. Interest rates are still among the lowest in the last 25 years\, and now is an excellent time to buy a new home.  Perhaps you will find the perfect home or neighborhood on the Tour!\n\n The 2018 Tour of Homes is the first three weekends of June from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays\, and from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays.
