The Columbia Chamber of Commerce\, the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce\, and the President and CEO of the Council on Competitiveness will highlight the various digital resources and programs available to small businesses locally and statewide.\n\nThe significance of digital tools amidst the pandemic has been underscored by a recent study showing that one in three small business owners claim that they would have had to close all or part of their business without digital tools.
