DESCRIPTION:On behalf of the Richland One Board of School Commissioners\, administration\, faculty\, students and families\, thank you for the many opportunities you provide in our community. Your contributions to the success of our district are significant\, and we appreciate you.\n\n\n\nCommencement ceremonies were held for our eight high schools last week and\, as the students walked across the stage to receive their diplomas\, we delighted in their achievement of this milestone! The Richland One Class of 2022 was filled with numerous Academic All-Stars\, honor graduates\, career and technical education (CTE) completers\, and college and career ready students.\n\n\n\nWhile many of our students have firm plans for the future\, some may not. In order to support all of our recent graduates in finding their path forward and in an effort to support employment needs in our region\, Richland One is hosting an Opportunity Fair to provide information and access to employment\, career and educational opportunities in our community. We are hopeful that you will join us in this endeavor.\n\n\n\nThe event is scheduled as follows:\n\nRichland One Opportunity Fair\n\nThursday\, June 23\, 2022\n\n10 A.M.   2 P.M.\n\nDreher High School\n\n3319 Millwood Avenue\n\nColumbia\, SC 29205\n\n\n\nIf you are interested in participating in this event and showcasing employment opportunities within your business or if you have any questions\, please contact Richland One CTE Director Chris Dinkins at jeremy.dinkins@richlandone.org no later than Tuesday\, June 14\, 2022. We will be delighted to reserve a space for your business' employment opportunities to be showcased at our event.\n\n\n\nThank you for your partnership and support as we continue to work together to ensure that all of our students achieve their potential and dreams.
