DESCRIPTION:The LCAA Leadership Luncheon Series\, presented by Schmoyer and Company\, LLC\, hosts a variety of community leaders throughout the year. This luncheon is an opportunity for graduates of the Leadership Columbia program\, and guests\, to network as well as hear from influential leaders on the local\, state and national stages. \n\n\n\nLCAA is pleased to have Tim Arnold\, President and Chief Executive Officer of Colonial Life. Presented by Schmoyer and Company and sponsored by Graybill\, Lansche\, and Vinzani\, LLC.\nArnold previously served as the company's senior vice president of Sales and Marketing from August 2012 to July 2014. Prior to that\, he served as the chief operations officer from July 2011 to August 2012. Arnold joined Colonial Life in July 2011\, following a 26-year career with Unum where he held many leadership positions \n\nArnold serves as board chair for the South Carolina Center for Fathers and Families and the American Heart Association   Metro Board. He also serves as vice chair of the United Way of the Midlands and on the boards of the Midlands Business Leadership Group\, the Palmetto Business Forum and Transform SC. He is a past chair of the American Heart Association Midlands Heart Walk and the Unum United Way campaign in Portland. He also previously served on the boards of Transitions\, the S.C. Junior Golf Foundation\, and the S.C.
