DESCRIPTION:We're more connected than ever in the fight against breast cancer. Let's come together again in Oct. 2021!\n\nImportant update\, as of Sept. 13\, 2021: With the rise in COVID-19 cases and the continued surge caused by the Delta variant\, we are doing our part to help slow the spread of the virus. Walk for Life and Famously Hot Pink Half Marathon + 5K are all now fully virtual events. There will be no in-person walk or races\, originally scheduled for Saturday\, Oct. 23\, at Segra Park in Columbia.\n\nWhen you register to walk or run virtually\, you'll help fund a 10th 3D mammography unit for Prisma Health Breast Center. This means you'll invest in technology that will help detect breast cancer sooner\, and lives will be saved!\n\nRegister now through Oct. 31 to walk or run in your favorite\, safe place and invite your friends (including the furry ones!) as we take steps against breast cancer together. Your registration will include a shirt. Half marathon registrants will receive a finisher's medal. Breast cancer survivors will be honored with a survivor's bandana.\n\n\n\nLearn More
