Over 38 branches located in FL\, GA\, SC\, NC\, VA.  Our mission is creating and protecting ownership and economic opportunity for all\, especially people of color\, women\, rural residents and low-wealth families and communities.  We live out our mission by providing responsible financial services\, lending to small businesses and nonprofits\, developing real estate and promoting fair financial practices.  \n\n\n\nWhile our work benefits communities of all kinds\, our focus is on those who may be underserved by conventional lenders\, including people of color\, women\, rural residents and low-wealth families and communities. We work alongside organizations\, nonprofits\, faith communities and individuals to support financial inclusion\, access to affordable loans\, financial education\, and wealth building tools.
