DESCRIPTION:The Columbia Impact Awards will be held at the Columbia Marriott.\n\nThe Columbia Impact Awards put a spotlight on those Partners who are impacting the business community of the Midlands.\n\nThe Cathy Novinger Trailblazer Award honors an individual who has shown exemplary leadership in his/her industry\, moves the needle for business\, and positively impacts our community.\n\nThe Impact Award for Small Business and for Partner of the Year recognizes Chamber Partners who have shown great growth\, significant achievements\, or realized economic and cultural growth that benefits the business community.\n\nThe Impact Award for Diversity & Inclusion celebrates a Partner that goes above and beyond to create a diverse work environment by breaking the glass ceiling.\n\nFinally\, the Golden Nail Award will be bestowed upon a business or property owner for exemplary contributions to the physical character of the greater Midlands region through cosmetic or commercial means such as restoration of a fa ade\, historic building\, re-purposing of a blighted space\, or renovating a creative new space during the previous calendar year.\n\n\n\nCancelation Policy\n\nPayments for all Columbia Chamber events are due five (5) business days in advance of event date. The Columbia Chamber must maintain a cancelation policy for events in order to properly plan for catering\, venue expenses and marketing efforts. Unless stated otherwise\, Chamber reservations must be canceled five (5) business days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund\, less a 50% processing fee. No refunds will be issued after the event. No-shows will be charged in-full. Substitutions are welcome at any time. Potential-Partner Chamber reservations should be canceled five (5) business days prior to the event however\, no refund will be given. The Columbia Chamber works hard to ensure that every dollar is spent responsibly.
